تحلیل ‌‌ظرفیت ‌‌ارتباطات ‌‌سازمان‌های ‌‌متولی ‌‌مقاصد ‌‌گردشگری ‌‌ساحلی ‌‌(مطالعه ‌‌موردی: ‌‌مقاصد ‌‌روستایی ‌‌استان ‌‌گیلان)

چکیده
پیشبرد ‌‌توسعه ‌‌نیاز ‌‌به ‌‌رویکردهایی ‌‌چندسازمانی ‌‌دارد؛ ‌‌لذا ‌‌بررسی ‌‌ظرفیت ‌‌ارتباطات، ‌‌برای ‌‌پیوند ‌‌سازمان­های ‌‌مختلف ‌‌ضروری ‌‌است. ‌‌از ‌‌ظرفیت ‌‌ارتباطات، ‌‌به‌عنوان ‌‌تلاش­های ‌‌مشترکی ‌‌یاد ‌‌می­کنند ‌‌که ‌‌فاصله ‌‌بین ‌‌سازمان­ها ‌‌را ‌‌کاهش ‌‌می­دهد. ‌‌در ‌‌فرایند ‌‌توسعه ‌‌گردشگری ‌‌ساحلی ‌‌سازمان­های ‌‌مختلفی ‌‌درگیر ‌‌می­باشند؛ ‌‌استانداری، ‌‌فرمانداری، ‌‌منابع ‌‌طبیعی، ‌‌محیط­زیست، ‌‌جهاد ‌‌کشاورزی ‌‌و ‌‌... ‌‌. ‌‌در ‌‌صورت ‌‌وجود ‌‌ظرفیت ‌‌ارتباطات، ‌‌این ‌‌سازمان‌ها ‌‌می­توانند ‌‌در ‌‌جهت ‌‌توسعه ‌‌گردشگری ‌‌ساحلی ‌‌با ‌‌یکدیگر ‌‌همکاری ‌‌کنند؛ ‌‌همچنین ‌‌در ‌‌تعامل ‌‌با ‌‌سایر ‌‌ذی­نفعان ‌‌در ‌‌جهت ‌‌توسعه ‌‌هرچه‌بهتر ‌‌مقاصد ‌‌گردشگری ‌‌ساحلی ‌‌اقدام ‌‌نمایند. ‌‌هدف ‌‌از ‌‌این ‌‌پژوهش، ‌‌تحلیل ‌‌ظرفیت ‌‌ارتباطات ‌‌سازمان­های ‌‌متولی ‌‌گردشگری ‌‌ساحلی ‌‌است. ‌‌ارتباطات ‌‌در ‌‌این ‌‌پژوهش ‌‌در ‌‌قالب ‌‌ارتباط ‌‌درون‌سازمانی، ‌‌بین‌سازمانی ‌‌(دولتی)، ‌‌ارتباط ‌‌با ‌‌سرمایه­گذاران ‌‌بخش ‌‌خصوصی، ‌‌سازمان­های ‌‌غیردولتی، ‌‌گردشگران ‌‌و ‌‌روستائیان، ‌‌از ‌‌طریق ‌‌پرسشنامه ‌‌مورد ‌‌سنجش ‌‌و ‌‌تحلیل ‌‌قرار ‌‌گرفت؛ ‌‌همچنین ‌‌از ‌‌آزمون ‌‌T ‌‌تک‌نمونه‌ای ‌‌و ‌‌تحلیل ‌‌واریانس ‌‌برای ‌‌تحلیل ‌‌داده­ها ‌‌استفاده ‌‌گردید. ‌‌براساس ‌‌نتایج، ‌‌بیشترین ‌‌ارتباطی ‌‌سازمان‌های ‌‌متولی، ‌‌ارتباط ‌‌درون‌سازمانی ‌‌و ‌‌کمترین ‌‌آن ‌‌مربوط ‌‌به ‌‌ارتباط ‌‌با ‌‌روستائیان ‌‌می­باشد. ‌‌به‌طورکلی، ‌‌ظرفیت ‌‌ارتباطات ‌‌در ‌‌سازمان­های ‌‌متولی ‌‌پایین ‌‌است ‌‌و ‌‌براساس ‌‌نتایج ‌‌به‌دست‌آمده، ‌‌می­توان ‌‌گفت ‌‌که ‌‌ضعف ‌‌ارتباطات ‌‌سازمانی ‌‌یکی ‌‌از ‌‌دلایل ‌‌توسعه ‌‌پایین ‌‌مقاصد ‌‌گردشگری ‌‌ساحلی ‌‌روستایی ‌‌در ‌‌استان ‌‌گیلان ‌‌می­باشد.
