بررسی توسعه محله‌های شهری با تاکید بر الگوی حکمروایی خوب شهری مورد مطالعه (منطقه ۱۹ شهرداری تهران) |

تحقق حکمروایی خوب شهری در مدیریت کلان شهرهای ایران و از جمله تهران مستلزم عینیت بخشیدن به مشارکت شهروندان در ابعاد گوناگون است. در چند دهه اخیر ، با مطرح‌شدن دیدگاه توسعه محله‌ای به‌عنوان دیدگاهی که حل مشکلات کنونی شهرها را درگرو بازگشت به مفهوم محله می‌داند، می‌توان با استفاده از نیروهای توانمند درون زا و سرمایه‌های اجتماعی موجود در آن به حل مشکلات موجود پرداخت. شهروندان، نقش‌آفرینان اصلی در رهیافت توسعه پایدار شهری هستند. بر اساس این رهیافت، سامان‌دهی شهر و رفع معضلات شهری و محله‌های آن به مشارکت محلی متکی است. تحقیق حاضر به بررسی توسعه محله‌های شهری با تاکید بر الگوی حکمروای خوب شهری منطقه 19 شهرداری تهران پرداخته است. ابزار سنجش پرسشنامه بوده که از ساکنین منطقه 19 به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری پرسش شده است نتایج حاصله از آزمون‌های آماری نشان می‌دهد که علیرغم وجود رابطه معنادار در محله‌ها، سطح توسعه و حکمروایی خوب شهری در بیشتر محله‌های مورد مطالعه از وضعیت مناسبی برخوردار نبوده و رابطه معناداری بین دو متغیر وجود داشته و متغیر وابسته متأثر از متغیر مستقل است و شاخص‌های قانون مداری، پاسخگویی، مسئولیت‌پذیری، مشارکت و اجماع محوری از مهم‌ترین دغدغه‌های شهروندان برای رسیدن به سطح خوب توسعه محله‌ای در محله‌های مورد مطالعه بوده است |

What is today the city administration must be considered and emphasized is introduced as a paradigm in urban management advantage of a good rule model of the city administration in the horizontal and FARABOURSE of the citizens and private institutions pay to participate. A Good Urban Governance of achieving major metropolitan cities, including Tehran's management entail objective is to make citizen participation in various aspects. agents and social capital in that to solve the existing problems. Citizens, the main actors are the approaches to sustainable urban development. Under this approach, the problem of organizing cities and urban neighborhoods where local participation is based. The present study focuses on the pattern of development in the urban neighborhoods of Tehran Municipality has 19 regional metropolitan GoodUrban Governancestudied in more urban neighborhoods of the poor have no significant relationship existed between the variables and the dependent variable explained by the independent variables.
