عنوان فارسی سنجش شاخص‌های کیفیت محیط در بافت های فرسوده شهری ( نمونه موردی: محله امامزاده یحیی منطقه ۱۲ تهران)
چکیده فارسی مقاله پژوهش حاضر به سنجش کیفیت محیط در محله امامزاده یحیی در منطقه 12 تهران پرداخته است. این پژوهش کاربردی و روش تحقیق در آن توصیفی-تحلیلی و شیوه گردآوری داده ها پیمایشی با استفاده از پرسشنامه می باشد که حجم نمونه ی مورد بررسی براساس فرمول کوکران 316 نفر محاسبه شده و برای تعیین روایی و پایایی تحقیق از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده که عدد بدست آمده 0.65 می باشد که مطلوب و در حد متوسط است. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که ویژگی های کالبدی و شاخص های مربوط به آن پایین ترین سطح کیفیت را نسبت به دو ویژگی دیگر یعنی کیفیت کارکردی و محتوایی به خود اختصاص داده اند و شاخص های مربوط به ویژگی های محتوایی در سطح بالاتری نسبت به بقیه قرار دارند که نتایج آزمون T تک نمونه ای معنی داری آنها را از دیدگاه شهروندان نشان می‌دهد. در نهایت علی رغم وجود تفاوت در سطح معنی داری ویژگی های مختلف، در مجموع بین رضایت از کیفیت محیط شهری و محیط سکونتی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد، لذا وضعیت کنونی کیفیت محیط در محله از دیدگاه ساکنان در حد متوسطی قرار دارد

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluating indices of quality of environment in urban worn textures (A Case Study: Neighborhood Imamzadeh Yahya: District 12 in Tehran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Coincided with the emergence of environmental crisis, quality of residential environment was identified as a part of overall concept of quality of life. This concept reflects of all aspects of personal well-being, including all variables that affect humans' satisfaction. The present study assesses the quality of environment in the neighborhood Imamzadeh Yahya in district 12 in Tehran. The research is of applied ones and of descriptive - analytical in terms of methods. Data was gathered in survey method, using questionnaire. The sample size was calculated as 316 persons, based on Cochran's formula. To determine the validity and reliability, it was used Cronbach's alpha coefficient, resulted in 0.65 which is moderately favorable. The results indicate that the physical characteristics and relevant indicators Show the lowest level of quality, compared to tow other features i.e. functional and content quality. The content indices are at a higher level than the rest. The results of single-sample t-test show their meaningfulness from citizens' perspective. Finally, despite the differences at the level of significance of various features, there is in general a significant relationship between the satisfaction with the quality of urban environment and the residential environment, so, the current status of quality of environment in the neighborhood is at the moderate level, and the more the accessibility to the studied services, the more the quality of environment will increase
