تحلیل مقایسه‌ای روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره AHP و ANP در مکان‌یابی فضاهای سبز روستایی |

در این تحقیق از روش‌های تحلیل مکانی در GIS و روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره شامل فرایند تحلیل شبکه (ANP) و فرایند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی(AHP)، جهت انتخاب مکان‌های مناسب و مستعد فضای سبز روستای چنار شهرستان کلات استفاده شده است. فرایند تشخیص واحدهای مناسب برای فضای سبز طی چند مرحله انجام‌شده است که مقاله حاضر این موارد را به صورت کامل بیان کرده است، در ادامه تعیین واحدهای مناسب جهت فضای سبز روستایی مورد کنترل قرار گرفت و با مطالعات میدانی صورت گرفته در طرح هادی روستا جهت مکان‌های پیشنهادی فضای سبز مقایسه شد و مشخص گردید زمین‌هایی که دسترسی به راه اصلی درجه یک با ضرایب 146/0 در مدل AHP و 171/0 در مدل ANP ، زمین‌هایی با کاربری بایر با ضرایب 077/0 در مدل AHP و 875/0 در مدل ANP و زمین‌هایی با قیمت ارزان با ضرایب 198/0 در مدل AHP و 321/0 در مدل ANP در اولویت می‌باشد. مکان پیشنهادی فضای سبز در طرح هادی روستا 52 درصد از کل کاربری پیشنهادی در پهنه کاملاً مناسب در مقایسه با مدل ANP می‌باشد و این میزان در پهنه کاملاً مناسب با مقایسه با مدل AHP، 41 درصد می‌باشد. |
