تدوین سناریوهای تاب‌آوری شهرهای مرزی (مطالعه موردی: شهرهای آبادان و خرمشهر)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین سناریوهای تاب‌آوری شهرهای مرزی آبادان و خرمشهر صورت گرفته است. رویکرد حاکم بر این پژوهش کاربردی - نظری و از حیث ماهیت و روش، توصیفی - تحلیلی و پیمایشی می‌باشد. گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات، به‌وسیله مطالعه منابع کتابخانه‌ای - اسنادی و برداشت‌های میدانی (مصاحبه و پرسشنامه) صورت گرفت. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌های کمی و نرم‌افزاری استفاده شده است. بر این اساس با استفاده از روش تحلیل ساختاری پیشران‌های کلیدی مؤثر بر تاب‌آوری شهرهای مرزی آبادان و خرمشهر، استخراج و انتخاب گردید. به‌منظور تدوین سناریوهای تاب‌آوری شهری نیز از روش تحلیل بالانس اثرات متقابل و نرم‌افزار سناریوویزارد استفاده گردید که پس از تحلیل‌های انجام‌شده، قوی‌ترین (سازگارترین و مطلوب‌ترین) سناریوهای تاب‌آوری برای قلمرو مطالعه ارائه گردید. در این راستا تعداد (14) سناریوی باورکردنی استخراج گردید که نتایج مربوط به این سناریوها نشان داد بیشتر سناریوها در وضعیت‌های ایستا (ادامه روند موجود در تاب‌آوری شهرهای مرزی آبادان و خرمشهر) و بحرانی قرار گرفته‌اند. از مجموع سناریوهای ممکن، تعداد سه سناریو نیز بر اساس امتیاز مجموع ارزش سازگاری و شاخص امتیاز مجموع تأثیرات، به‌عنوان «سناریوهای قوی تاب‌آوری» شناخته شدند. از بین سناریوهای قوی، یک سناریو دارای وضعیت‌های مطلوب و دو سناریوی دیگر نمایانگر وضعیت‌های بحرانی هستند.
