تولید فضای گفتمان مطلقه ی پهلوی

چکیده

فضا امری اجتماعی و درنتیجه سیاسی است و محصول نیروهای ایدئولوژیک، اقتصادی و سیاسی قلمرو قدرت است که به‌دنبال مرزبندی، تنظیم و کنترل فعالیت‌هایی‌ است که در آن و به‌واسطۀ آن رخ می‌دهند. طبق نظر فوکو و لوفور، هژمونیِ سرمایه‌داری در فضا و به‌واسطۀ فضا عملی می‌شود تا تفکیک و نظم‌بخشی به جامعه از طریق مداخله در ساختار و طرحِ فضاهای شهری و کنترل آن تضمین شود. در پژوهش حاضر تلاش بر این است تا با شناسایی گفتمان‌های مسلط در دورۀ 1320ـ1304، یک تحلیل دیالکتیک از فرایند تولید فضا در شهر تهران ارائه شود. پژوهش حاضر در ردۀ پژوهش‌های «بنیادی» و مسیر اجرایی آن «تحلیلی ـ اکتشافی» است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد طی سال‌های 1320ـ1304 با تسلط گفتمان مطلقۀ پهلوی برای اولین بار دولت در ایران برآن شد که چهره و سازمان جامعه و شهر را بر مبنای دال‌های گفتمان مسلط حکومت دگرگون سازد. از این رو، دولت فضای نهادی‌ای را شکل می‌دهد که محصول قدرت و انتزاعی است و در این دگرگونی، شهری را ایجاد می‌کند که در تضاد و تقابل آشکار با شهر سنتی قرار می‌گیرد و به ظن خود، نمادی از توسعه و پیشرفت است.
