مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیریِ عوامل مؤثر بر زیست پذیری کلانشهر تهران

چکیده
زیست‌پذیری شهری یکی از مبانی اساسی توسعه پایدار شهری است. رویکرد زیست‌پذیری را می‌توان برآمده از افزایش آگاهی نسبت به الگوهای ناپایدار زندگی شهری دانست که در درازمدت موجب کاهش توان منابع محیطی می‌شود. این مقاله ابعاد و شاخص‌های اصلی مؤثر بر زیست‌پذیری کلان‌شهر تهران را از مدل‌سازی ساختاری- تفسیری شناسایی و تحلیل کرده است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، و گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی از نوع پیمایش است، و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در آن پرسش‌نامه است. ابتدا ابعاد و شاخص های زیست‌پذیری براساس مطالعه ادبیات و تحلیل محتوایی و مقایسه‌ای پژوهش‌های مرتبط و مصاحبه با خبرگان و متخصصین شناسایی و سپس با استفاده از متدولوژی تحلیلی نوین مدل‌سازی ساختاری- تفسیری (ISM) روابط بین ابعاد و شاخص‌های زیست‌پذیری تعیین و به صورت یک‌پارچه تحلیل شده است؛ در نهایت با استفاده از تحلیل MICMAC نوع متغیرها با توجه به اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری بر سایر متغیرها مشخص شده است؛ نتایج نشان می‌دهد بُعد اقتصادی شامل شاخص‌های اشتغال و درآمد پایدار، مسکن مناسب و توزیع عادلانه امکانات و خدمات زیرساختی مشترکاً با میزان قدرت نفوذ 9 و با بیشترین تأثیر، محرک و برانگیزاننده زیست‌پذیری در کلان‌شهر تهران به شمار می‌روند. در نتیجه هرگونه برنامه و اقدام برای سرآغاز و ارتقای زیست‌پذیری کلان‌شهر تهران باید به نقش کلیدی و پایه‌ای این عوامل توجه کند. این متغیرها در افزایش زیست‌پذیری شهر تهران دارای قدرت نفوذ بالا و وابستگی پایینی هستند و جزء اولویت‌های اقدام در زیست‌پذیر کردن کلان‌شهر تهران به شمار می‌روند.
