The statistical population of the study includes experts and urban experts.</span><br> <span dir="LTR">In this regard, according to the objectives of the research, collection tools, data type and research methodology, it is necessary to identify the factors affecting</span><br> <span dir="LTR">Realization of the principles of smart growth in Malayer city on the one hand and on the other hand, using the analytical methodology of interpretive structural modeling In order to determine and analyze the relationships between the factors affecting the feasibility of the principles of smart growth in the city of Malayer, which ultimately the type of variables according to the impact And the effect on other variables is clustered The results show that the factor of creating mixed uses in the city of Malayer with the penetration rate of 9 has the greatest impact It acts as the foundation stone of the model and has the least .impact on encouraging and encouraging individuals to develop cooperation and partnership with the power of influence.</span> <strong>اصطلاح توسعه به ارتقای سطح و کیفیت زندگی افراد و بهبود رفاه عمومی جامعه معطوف است و پایداری آن، به استمرار این فرآیند در طول نسل­های بشر اشاره دارد. به این ترتیب توسعه پایدار تمام جنبه­ها و ابعاد زندگی بشر را در برمیگیرد. در این زمینه شهر هوشمند نه واقعیت بلکه نوعی راهبرد محسوب میشود که در جهت چشم انداز توسعه آینده به آن توجه شده است.</strong><br> <strong>پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده­ها، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است. ابزار جمع­آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را خبرگان و متخصصین حوزه شهری در برمیگیرند.</strong><br> <strong>در این راستا با توجه به اهداف پژوهش، ابزار جمع­آوری، نوع داده­ها و روش­شناسی پژوهش، مستلزم شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تحقق پذیری اصول رشد هوشمند در شهر ملایر از یکسو و از سوی­دیگر، بهره گیری از متدولوژی تحلیلی مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری به منظور تعیین و تحلیل روابط بین عوامل موثر بر تحقق­پذیری اصول رشد هوشمند در شهر ملایر است که در نهایت نوع متغیرها با توجه به اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری بر سایر متغیرها خوشه بندی شده است. نتایج بدست آمده بیانگر اینست که عامل </strong><br> <strong>ایجاد کاربری­های مختلط در شهر ملایر با میزان قدرت نفوذ 9 بیشترین تاثیر و همانند سنگ زیربنای مدل عمل میکند و ترغیب و تشویق افراد به توسعه همکاری و مشارکت با میزان قدرت نفوذ 4 کمترین تاثیر را دارد.</strong><br> https://hsmsp.modares.ac.ir/article_14688_757334847f188c6304b84ec6b018a965.pdf
